Mission
Lead with Light Missionary Coaching was created to help future, current, and recently returned missionaries prepare to lead with the light of Jesus Christ. We equip each missionary with the BYU created Christ-Centered Leader Model so they can lead with principles of love, agency, accountability.
Vision
Through interactive workshops and personalized coaching, Lead with Light helps those preparing for, serving in, or returning from a mission to ask inspiring questions, listen with love, and create meaningful relationships. These skills not only prepare them for missionary service but also lay a foundation for Christlike leadership in every future calling, classroom, and career.
